I can’t take any person seriously if they didn’t read the Harry Potter books and the history behind the first Wizard War.

‘OMG that was my childhood!’ Shut the fuck up. The movies were good, hands down, but it’s a waste if you don’t have any knowledge or background story, it’s already given that you’re going to be missing out on a lot of detail. If you evade the reason why you never picked up the book, you’re ignorant if you ignored it, lazy and possibly illiterate if you never read it when you were young, or never bothered to give it a chance, stop acting as if you’re into it, shit.

I know a girl who has NEVER watched or read any of the Harry Potter Series. Apparently it never “interested her”, but yet she’s utterly in love with Justin Bieber..

Honestly, I lost some respect for her.
